- Vision: A NORTHERN GHANA WITH EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN AND MEN AS WELL AS RURAL AND URBAN FOLKS FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF FAMILIES' STANDARD OF LIVING.
- Mission: TO IMPROVE THE SITUATION OF RURAL AND URBAN WOMEN OF NORTHERN GHANA AND THEIR FAMILIES BY ASSISTING THEM TO UNITE AND WORK TOGETHER THROUGH MEETINGS, MUTUAL SELF HELP, CAPACITY BUILDING TRAINING AND TO PROMOTE THE ALLEVIATION OF INEQUALITIES THAT CONFRONT THEM AS WELL AS WORKING TO MEET THEIR NEED FOR FOOD, CLOTHING, SHELTER, EDUCATION AND HEALTH.
