- Vision: We are looking into building our organization to become National and international reaching out to over 1000s of our youth and over 10000s of our women in the various education, training and campaign strategies.
- Mission: The mission of the organization is to work towards sustainable poverty reduction and community development through women empowerment programmes, education, children and youth development as well as community and environmental activities in Ghana.

- Objectifs principaux : The Organisation exist to offer opportunities to orphans, HIV/AIDS victims,school dropouts and the underprivileged youth within the Greater Accra, Northern and Upper Regions of Ghana and in West Africa. To Empower women, especially rural women by providing them with self employment opportunities and campaigns on their rights as women. To undertake community development and environmental programs that seek to fight poverty and to improve upon the natural environment in the Upper East Region and other parts of Ghana
